Rebirthing has been for me a door way to new life, aliveness, peace, certitude and creative challenge. It has opened new worlds of self-discovery that have transformed my relationship to my body and thereby the quality of each moment of my life. It has begun for me a voyage of self-discovery par excellence. Just as I had to discover my own rebirthing, so do you and so does every person. To be sure, we can have guides and inspirational companions; but in the end, I am the only one who has what it takes to open that door to my full creative potential. I must face the dragons that have made me shrink back from being my true self.

I have had the gift of being present at the rebirthings of courageous and dedicated men and women nearly every week of my life for the past sixteen years. This has been a privilege and an inspiration for me. Every rebirthing has been unique. Each individual has used the opportunity to experience the truth about themselves in a new way. This was not because of what I did for them. It is because of what they were willing to do for themselves. I merely presented an opportunity to use their own breath in a powerful way and helped create a medium of safety and acceptance for them in which to do it. Their new birth came with their willingness to challenge the boundaries of their own fears, go beyond their mental limits, own their true feelings, and embrace guidance of the spirit within themselves.

Every person's way of doing this has been different and each one has taught me more about myself. Each one's way of being had been a reflection of the ultimate potential that we all hold inside us.
