This program is an advanced training in personal growth and professional development. It is an educational and experiental program and will teach you the principals and theories of Breathwork while enhancing your professional abilities.
Being together one weekend a month for 9 months creates a supportive environment and contributes to the quality of your relationships. You will receive valuable information on strengthening your relationship with yourself and coaching others.
