The 9 Month Rebirthing Program
at the Philadelphia Rebirthing Center
Learning the power of Conscious Connected Breathing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and teaching it as a facilitator is one of the greatest gifts you can offer to another.
The 9 Month Rebirthing Breathwork Training has empowered many participants in incorporating Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathing) into their therapeutic practices and coaching sessions; as well as starting individual Rebirthing Breathwork practices.
One of the primary aspects of The 9 Month Rebirthing Breathwork Training Program is moving through your own inner journey and self-discovery process. This training will ask you to look at your patterns and give you the tools you need to change those that are creating limitations. The more you clear those patterns, the more you are open to the natural aliveness, clarity and compassion within you; and the more available you are for others to do the same.
This is an experiential and educational in person program taught by Tony and Maureen Malone -Lo Mastro and skilled and educated Guest Teachers.
The program will include:
~ Group and paired breathwork sessions
~ Written and one on one processes
~ Uncovering the beliefs of the subconscious mind and discovering how they reflect what's occurring in your life and solutions for change
~ Emotional healing and clearing family patterns
~ Monthly partnered breathwork exchanges with participants in the program
~ Unraveling birth trauma and neutralizing its effects on your life
~ Tools to create change including working with forgiveness processes and positive psychology
~ Trauma informed exercises and education
~ Creating your Rebirthing-Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathing) practice
~ The Loving Relationships Training ™
~ Different styles of Breathwork
~ Ethics and professionalism

Deposit of $1,000.00 required to hold your space. Balance in full due by or before the start of the Training.
