We are delighted to welcome back Juliana Ericson, October 23-25, 2026, as a guest teacher for Roots to Wings - An Open Weekend of the 9 Month Rebirthing Breathwork Training and Personal Growth Program.

Through Rebirthing Breathwork, personal exploration, connection, and reflection, we will explore our birth experiences, the patterns we may have inherited through our families, and how those early experiences can influence our relationships today.

Every Sunday at 12 noon - 1:30pm Tony and Maureen of The Philadelphia and New York Rebirthing Center offer a FREE Zoom Breathwork session, and twice a month we invite a Guest Teacher to facilitate the session.

We invite you to join us every Sunday for an inner journey riding the wave of your breath.

Every Other Tuesday 6:30pm at the Rebirthing Center join Tony and Maureen for an in person group rebirth at the Philadelphia Rebirthing Center.

Once a year we offer The 9 Month Rebirthing Breathwork Training and Personal Growth Program at The Philadelphia Rebirthing Center.
