Tony and I are delighted to offer an immersive Rebirthing Breathwork Weekend which will take place Friday, September 19th to Sunday, September 21st. This is the last weekend before Autumn begins and what an exciting and fruitful time of year this can be. The crispness in the air invigorates and lifts our spirits, bringing a feeling of new energy and vitality.

For us at The Rebirthing Center it is a time to celebrate the element of air with the experience of what Rebirthing Breathwork can offer to you. We invite you to embrace Autumn with us through exploring the magic of Conscious Connected Breathing (aka Rebirthing Breathwork.)

Over two days, you’ll be guided through gentle, yet profound breathing practices designed to release old patterns, open your heart, and restore your natural flow of energy and vitality. Whether you’re seeking emotional release, spiritual connection, or simply a deeper sense of peace, this weekend offers the space to reconnect with your true self.


Join us for a transformative Rebirthing Breathwork Weekend - a powerful journey into the healing potential of your own breath.

What You’ll Experience:

  • A group breathwork session on Friday evening and 2 paired breathwork sessions.

  • Understanding the law of attraction and your ability to manifest your goals.

  • How to use your breath to support increased emotional and physical wellbeing.

  • How your conception, womb time and birth may be affecting you in present time.

  • Forgiveness processes to liberate attachment to the past.

  • Practices to dissolve limiting beliefs and restore aliveness.

  • Supportive group energy in a safe, nurturing environment.

TUITION:

Early Bird Tuition: $295 IF PAID BY SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH

Tuition: $350 after 9/13

Deposit of $100 required to hold your space. Full payment or deposit can be made on venmo.
