We are delighted to be back at Center City Breathe to offer one of our deeper weekends in Conscious Connected Breathing (Rebirthing Breathwork).
 The foundation of Rebirthing is Conscious Connected Breathing, but the core work includes a deeper exploration of things/people/circumstances that activate imprinted emotional patterns from the past and solutions for healthy change and more happiness in life.

Breathwork sessions and interactive processes (written, visual, & partnered exercises) will assist you in exploring your inner world, allowing release of imprints from the past and transforming limiting beliefs.

 INCLUDES: A group breathwork session on Friday evening, a paired breathwork session on Saturday, and on Sunday. It is a fun experience to be a breath coach for your exchange partner.
