Get cozy as you join us for a dynamic weekend of Rebirthing Breathwork that will inspire, expand, relax and offer insight and clarity in your daily life. It is a time dedicated to deep healing, renewal, and connection with your true self.
Some of the topics are:
Exploring and questioning the beliefs of the subconscious mind and how they play out in life experience.
Understanding the law of attraction and your ability to manifest your goals.
Learning how to use your breath to support increased emotional and physical wellbeing.
Understanding how conception, womb time and birth may be affecting you in present time.
Forgiveness processes to liberate attachment to the past.
Over the course of the weekend, we’ll explore the power of Conscious Connected Breathing to release old patterns, awaken energy, and open the heart through guided sessions, gentle practices, and supportive community.

Friday, January 30th from 6pm-9pm
Saturday, January 31st from 10am-6pm
Sunday, February 1st from 10am-6pm

Fee: $350 after January 17th
Deposit of $100 required to hold your space. Full payment or deposit can be made on Venmo.
